This is the second event in a two part series to raise awareness of the issue of military sexual trauma. In the first event, we heard from Congresswoman Niki Tsongas about efforts to address this critical issue on the national level. In this second installment, learn about the military and community response to this issue and how you can help. Military and private attorneys will provide the audience with an overview of the issue of sexual assault in the context of military service, current efforts by the military to prevent and address sexual trauma, and community based resources for survivors of sexual violence.
