This program is designed to prepare volunteer attorneys to represent low-income tenants in eviction proceedings in Franklin County. This training will provide basic information on landlord/tenant law, as well as legal defenses, settlement, and other issues impacting low-income tenants. The materials include forms and pleadings which may be helpful in representation of the tenants.
