How to Ask for Modification Under Fair Housing Law

North Penn Legal Services And the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, as a part of the ongoing Pro Bono Initiative, will conduct a Continuing Legal Education Program entitled, How to Ask for Modification Under Fair Housing Law, on Thursday, October 24, 2013 from 9:30 am - 11:00 am Eastern at the Educational Center of Luzerne County Community College in Nanticoke, PA.

The session will cover when it is appropriate to request a reasonable accommodation or reasonable modification, how to make a request, and how to address a housing provider's refusal of a request. The course will also discuss who is responsible for paying modifications.

    Paralegal on Fair Housing Project.
Cost and CLE:

Attendance of this program is free to any attorney who is willing to accept one (1) pro bono referral from North Penn Legal Services, otherwise the cost is $25.00. For any attorney attending the full program, the CLE credits earned for the session is one and 1/2 (1.5) substantive credits.
