Volunteer attorneys will be available from 3-8 p.m. to prepare simple wills, advance directives, and powers of attorney for health care and financial matters to veterans and their families in central Arkansas. This is a free service provided by Arkansas lawyers from the Center for Arkansas Legal Services and multiple other organizations, law firms, bar associations and UALR Bowen School of Law.
