The Legal Aid Society of Columbus will host a brief legal advice clinic at the Central Ohio Homeless Veterans Stand Down, which takes place this year on Tuesday, October 16th from 8:30-1:30 at Veterans Memorial (300 West Broad Street). The legal clinic will offer veterans an opportunity to ask questions and receive legal advice on a broad range of topics. Local pro bono attorneys will volunteer alongside staff attorneys from the Legal Aid Society of Columbus.

Stand Down offers specialized services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of homeless veteran men and women at no cost to them. In addition to the legal clinic, services will include access to medical care, referral to service providers, food and clothing donations, and assistance with personal grooming.
