A big, free, all day counsel and advice clinic at The Job Center, an Akron, Ohio facility housing more than 20 workforce service providers to better serve the needs of both businesses and job seekers. Organized by Community Legal Aid (serving central northeast Ohio) with the support of the Akron Bar Association. Pro bono volunteer lawyers will staff the clinic in morning and afternoon shifts, and participate in training sessions prior to the start of the clinic sessions. Volunteers will also be fed both breakfast and lunch, and will be thanked by local judges and by the President of the Ohio State Bar Association. Numerous community partners will also be on hand, staffing booths to provide additional information and support to clinic participants.
