The Jones School of Law presents CLE for a Cause on October 29. The program qualifies for 6.0 CLE hours, including 1.0 hour of Ethics. The event begins at 7:30 a.m. with registration and continues with various programs and speakers until 3:30 p.m. The itinerary includes Legal Research on a Budget; Negotiations; Tort Law: Lessons Learned in 2010; Ethics Update; Evidence; and A View from the Bench by Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court Sue Bell Cobb.

Proceeds from the event program will be used to provide additional stipends for students from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law working in Public Interest or Public Service jobs. The pre-registration fee is $225 and registration at the door is $250.
