An experienced matrimonial attorney instructs 30 to 40 people on completing the paperwork for a default divorce. Volunteers circulate to assist clients, some with limited literacy and English language skills. No family law experience necessary. This is a three-part clinic (09/20/10, 10/04/10 and 10/25/10). Although volunteers are not asked to attend all three sessions, doing so will provide volunteers with an excellent overview of matrimonial law.
