Two Domestic Violence Training seminars sponsored by the Cecil County Pro Bono Committee and the Harford County Pro Bono Committees will be held for lawyers and others in the legal profession. The first Brown Bag lunch program will take place in the Cecil County Courthouse basement, 129 E. Main Street, Elkton, 21921 at Noon on October 29, 2009.
