Your client's history of contact with DHS at the border can be difficult to analyze, especially when he or she does not fully understand specific immigration terminology and procedures. Border apprehensions can have long-term effects on the availability of immigration benefits before USCIS and relief from removal before EOIR. Our panelists will discuss successful strategies for finding out what happened to your client at the border and how to deal with sticky border issues.
