“Can I travel?” is a question immigration attorneys hear at least daily from their clients. The analysis is often complicated, and the answer is not always clear, even for legal permanent residents (LPRs) and asylees. The panelists will show you how to recognize and analyze the issues, so that you can give your client the most helpful advice.

Featured Topics:

  • LPRs in Removal Proceedings Under INA §§237 and 212
  • LPRs with Criminal Convictions
  • LPRs with Fraud or “Terminal Green Card” Issues
  • LPRs and Abandonment Issues
  • Asylees
