  Amber L. Weeks is the senior associate attorney at Noble & Vrapi, P.A., with offices in Albuquerque, NM; Santa Fe, NM; and El Paso, TX. In addition to handling a broad range of immigration and naturalization cases and appeals, she specializes in removal defense, complex immigration matters requiring waivers or involving prior deportation or removal orders, and plea withdrawals for immigrant clients. She also handles federal litigation challenging mandatory detention of immigrant clients and was co-counsel for the first impression case of Melero Valdez v. Terry.
