This training will provide detailed insight into best practices before the immigration court and will explore motion practice in-depth, including specific requirements for the most common motions.  This training will also provide a forum in which advocates can discuss best practices for less common case types, such as unaccompanied minors cases, cases pending in other jurisdictions, and respondents with mental health competency challenges.
