Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to embed my Facebook Feed on my site?

There are several codes that you can use to embed a Facebook feed on your site, and while none are better than another (they often do different things) the following is one we've used successfully in the past. This is not an official endorsement.

"<p><iframe allowtransparency="true" frameborder="1" scrolling="no" src="http://www.facebook.com/connect/connect.php?id=637874626286257&amp;connections=0&amp;stream=1" style="border: none; width: 300px; height: 380px;"></iframe></p>"

You will have to make some modifications to the code prior to

  1. You will have to take the first set of quotation marks out of the code (the one before the <p> and after the </p> to properly embed.
  2. You will have to replace the fifteen number signs (#) with your page ID.  This ID can be found at the end of your Facebook page's URL (underlined below):

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Southeast-Louisiana-Legal-Services/637874626286257

You can also edit the width and height of the embed code by changing the "300px" width and the "380px" height above.
