Leveraging Technology to Support Pro Bono

This joint training with LSNTAP features four presenters discussing the innovative ways they are using technology to recruit, support and engage pro bono law students and attorneys. The panelists for this webinar discuss how they use technology to match pro bono attorneys to mentors, how they use live chat technology to engage pro bono volunteers, how online document assembly technology is being used in a criminal expungement pro bono project, and how one lawyer's association is using an API from a state-wide advocate's site to share information about pro bono opportunities with their members. We also take a look ahead and discuss other ways existing and cutting-edge technologies might be used to enhance pro bono work.
