This session explores technology-enabled legal services delivery in two different settings: existing "brick and mortar" pro bono initiatives that add a technology component to expand their reach or efficiency; and new pro bono initiatives that take as their premise the use of technology as a central component of their model. In both cases, speakers discuss often-overlooked issues that are critical to success, including matching the right technology to the challenge and ensuring ease of use.

Presenters:

  • Adam Friedl, Pro Bono Net, New York, NY
