Election Protection---the nation's largest non-partisan voter protection program---is now seeking lawyers, law students and paralegals to staff Election Protection's National Voter Hotline (1-866-OUR-VOTE) in San Francisco and provide live assistance to voters who have questions or need to report problems with voting. The hotline will be open from Wednesday, October 15 until Election Day (November 4). All hotline volunteers must attend a 1 hour in-person training session.

You will be directed to enter your zip code. You will then be able to pull-up the specific hotline shifts and trainings in your area. All volunteers must sign-up online for BOTH a hotline shift AND a training.

While the national voter hotline is available to all voters across the county, Election Protection targets communities traditionally disenfranchised, including African Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Latinos, Native Americans, and other racially and ethnically diverse communities, seniors, young people, low-income voters and individuals with disabilities.
