The Impact Fund Fall pre-application grant deadline is August 30th. The Impact Fund awards grants to non-profits and private firms who seek to advance social justice in the areas of civil and human rights, environmental justice and poverty law. Grants are awarded for large and complex litigation, such as class actions where there has been a showing of financial necessity. We generally do not fund individual cases. The Impact Fund awards grants quarterly and to date has awarded over $4 million dollars. Applications are by request only.
