The AIDS Legal Referral Panel is providing this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.
Undocumented immigrants with work histories face many obstacles relating to their admissibility to the U.S. when applying for immigration benefits. This course will advise participants on the current state of the law relating to identity theft and its application to undocumented immigrants applying for immigration benefits.

- CLE Credit Comments: 1.5 General CLE Credits. This training is free. In exchange, attorneys are requested to join the ALRP Panel and accept two referrals per year.
