Immigration Options for Bi-national Couples after DOMA Training

The AIDS Legal Referral Panel is providing this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.

Topics will include: immigration options for same-sex, bi-national couples after DOMA; requirements for fiancé visas or marriage-based green cards; and differences between applying for a green card in the U.S. vs. abroad.
