Immigration Law: Dream Act and Deferred Action Primer



Learn the ins and outs of Dream Act (pending legislation) and the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy which is now being implemented by the Obama Administration. Alexander H. Lubarsky, LL.M., Esq. will explain the state of Dream Act legislation and perform a "walk through" of a DACA client interview and forms processing. DACA is a very new and powerful change in immigration law policy resulting in undocumented people thirty and under being able to obtain lawful status. This workshop will take the practitioner through the DACA application process from beginning to end.
