Pro bono attorneys are needed for an eviction prevention pilot project providing legal representation to tenants who do not have an attorney and who volunteer to participate, while also connecting them with social services. The project is in Lower Makefield Township in Judge Kronnagel’s MDJ Court, 31 E. Cleveland Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067
Volunteer attorneys can select any Thursday afternoon(s) to assist. This is a Limited-scope opportunity. It requires only a one-afternoon volunteer commitment with no expectation of continued representation
The project is a collaboration between the Bucks County Bar Association Pro Bono Committee, LASP, and Bucks County Opportunity Council (BCOC), with support from the Bucks County Dept. of Housing & Community Development.
