Pro Bono Pilot logoPhiladelphia LawWorks is the community economic development project of Philadelphia VIP. LawWorks supports Philadelphia VIP’s mission by providing legal assistance to Philadelphia’s small businesses and nonprofit organizations. We help to strengthen the backbone of our neighborhoods, stimulate commerce, and bring business services directly to neighborhood residents. We serve nonprofit organizations that provide essential resources for many people living on society’s margins, and make invaluable contributions to the City’s overall well-being.

LawWorks refers eligible nonprofit organizations and small businesses to lawyers who have agreed to provide pro bono legal services. We also partner with nonprofit organizations and small business incubators to provide one-on-one legal clinics to answer urgent legal questions.
