The Seattle Clemency Project matches pro bono lawyers with reformed prisoners to prepare and present clemency petitions before the Clemency and Pardon Board and Governor of Washington. The Seattle Clemency Project believes that just and fair sentences are essential to our criminal justice system and that reformed prisoners deserve a chance to participate fully and productively in society.
