Heather is known for her work with victims of domestic violence.  In her practice Heather focuses on domestic law, litigation, and advocating for domestic violence victims, survivors and their children.

In 1992, Heather and her husband co-founded Cline Law Office where they continue in private practice today.  She graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law, and prior to attending law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia.

Heather offers her time as an expert witness on many LASO cases and she is always willing to help out on cases when needed.

As a regular volunteer at the Pro Se Docket, Heather assists or advises self-represented litigants who cannot afford an attorney.   The pro se clinic provides legal services to assist Oklahoma County District Courts with pro-se litigants on the waiver divorce docket.  These cases might otherwise linger without resolution or require multiple court appearances by individuals who can least afford to be in court.

The clinic is a project of the Oklahoma County District Courts in partnership with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma City University School of Law, and Oklahoma Child Support Services.

Heather’s invaluable mentorship and pro se work helps LASO accomplish their mission to offer representation to legally disadvantaged Oklahomans.

Thank you Heather for partnering with us to make a difference!
