This roundtable will discuss the process of going from a disaster event to a Major Disaster Declaration and the benefits that are triggered once a declaration is made. The focus will then shift to the Disaster Legal Services Program of the ABA's Young Lawyers Division to discuss the YLD's role in disaster recovery. Panelists will provide practical advice for attendees.
