Hope LoanPort offers additional training classes for those people who have already taken our Basic Training course and still have additional questions. These classes are less structured than our New User Basic Training, and the order of agenda items is typically determined by vote at the beginning of class. If you have already attended a Basic Training Class, these classes can help people gain a greater understanding of:

•The escalation process and communication features

•Reporting

•System interoperabilit?y (i.e. connectivity with CounselorMax or Home Counselor Online)

•User administration functions

•Any other topic, question, or concern that attendees have an interest in discussing
