To attend the training, please register through this link: http://hwfrcp.eventbrite.com/#

Through contracts with USDA, both Farmers' Legal Action Group, Inc., and the National Agricultural Law Center are developing, training, and communicating with a network of lawyers that will provide individual assistance to Hispanic and women farmer claimants in completing and submitting claims forms.
The goal of this project is to organize and train a network of lawyers that can provide direct assistance to potential claimants.

Those participating in the HWFRCP referral network will assist Hispanic and women farmers to complete and submit claims forms in a non-judicial, non-adversarial process designed to resolve past claims of discrimination in the USDA Farm Loan Programs. The claims are based on actions that occurred between 1981 and and 1996 or mid-October 1998 and mid-October 2000.
