14th Annual Landlord Training presented by the Tulsa Area Fair Housing Partnership

The 2012 training will feature a "business" approach to broaden appeal to all landlords as well as residential and commercial realtors. The morning will begin with an annual review of the basic Fair Housing law delivered by an attorney with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, a non-profit organization that typically represents tenants and thus will offer a unique and insightful view that ll landlords and realtors need to hear.

This will be followed by a short presentation on the City of Tulsa's new "Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing." which was updated recently. Education housing industry professionals was identified as an important priority action item and the City of Tulsa will offer suggestions on how the audience can get involved in the larger effort of furthering Fair Housing in the greater Tulsa area.
