Description:
This is a program designed to introduce the family law practitioner to mediation, including how mediation differs from other forms of alternative dispute resolution and a comprehensive overview, specific to the practice of family law. The program will include a discussion of the benefits and concerns involved with mediation from the perspective of the parties' attorneys, the attorney for the child, and the bench.
