Every Surrogate's Court has a team of Court Attorney-Referees in the Law Department that are integral to the running of the Court and the processing of almost every petition and motion filed.  What advice do they have for practitioners?  When might the Court ask you to appear before a Court Attorney for a conference or a hearing, and what can you expect?  Whether your practice before the Court is limited to filing Petitions for Letters or if you actively litigate in the Court, the panel will provide valuable insights for all.
