With decades of matrimonial experience, Barbara Schaffer and Amanda Norejko will discuss the details of filing and/or responding to different types of contempt proceedings in pre- and post-judgment matrimonial cases. Topics will include how:

• to advise your client
• strategies before and after filing for contempt
• procedures required by the Supreme Court
• preparing for trial.

The training will also include a mock cross-examination of the opposing party.
