This training will focus on intake procedure, including ethical issues that arise during intake, and how to ask the sometimes uncomfortable intake questions, and we will discuss how to gather the information necessary to assist clients in a culturally sensitive and time efficient manner. This training will also touch on the role of an attorney, as opposed to social service professionals, and how to convey the difference in these roles to your clients in order to best manage their expectations.
