Making Effective Complaints about Social Security ALJs

There are many solid ALJs hearing Social Security cases - this training is not about them. On rare instances, we see cases where the client is denied a full and fair hearing. Rarer still, we see ALJs with a pattern and practice of not providing a full and fair hearing. At this session, we will discuss the fine art of recognizing when to complain about ALJ conduct and then how to complain effectively. We will cover the new Social Security Ruling on ALJ bias and case law on this topic.
