This workshop will cover family reunification (I-730), affidavit of relationship, and responding to tricky RFEs. In addition, it will offer practical tips on filing procedures; and review special issues facing derivative beneficiaries. Tara Pinkham, Esq., Associate Director for Immigration, Church World Service will conduct this training.
