This year's annual National Police Accountability Project CLE seminar at the National Lawyers Guild Convention provides participants with an array of topics critical to the police misconduct practitioner, including successfully arguing damages in a 1983 case, ethical considerations in fee agreements, exhaustion requirements and deliberate indifference in prison litigation cases, as well as understanding Monell claims and indemnification and insurance issues.
