This training will provide an overview of eligibility rules for Medicaid to pay for nursing home care and long-term care in the community in New York State, and an introduction to the Medicaid home care services available and the new model for accessing them through "managed long term care" plans. Recommended prerequisite - attendance at June 27th training on Government Health Insurance Programs.
