The Legal Aid Society's 2011-2012 CLE Pro Bono Training Program: Administrative Fair Hearings

Learn how to represent public assistance recipients and applicants at administrative fair hearings before the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance. This session will give an overview of the substantive and procedural law, train participants to analyze relevant documents, make document requests, prepare witnesses, and conduct direct and cross examination.

CLE Credit: 2 credits total: 1 hour of professional practice/practice management and
1 hour skills. This program provides transitional credit for newly admitted attorneys.
