Attorneys Sought for Afghanistan Public Defender Program

The International Legal Foundation (ILF), a New York not-for-profit
organization assisting in the establishment of a public defender system in Afghanistan, is looking for experienced lawyers to work in its Kabul office for either a six-month paid assignment and two-month pro bono assignments. The first assignment begins January 1, 2006. Candidates must have at least five years of criminal law experience (defense or prosecution).
