CLE: Current Practices in Asylum at the Border and Within the US

In this CLE, participants will understand the difficulties faced by asylum seekers arriving at the border. The CLE will review the standards for first overcoming the milestone of the credible fear interview which affords the seeker the right to apply for asylum. Next, you will understand the requirements for winning an asylum case. Lastly, the presenter will address the process and challenges of pursuing an asylum claim under the policies of the current administration.
