This webinar will cover methods through which legal aid and other access to justice programs can approach technology projects with our diverse user communities in the forefront. We will explore the ideas of cultural competency/humility and inclusion in the context of user-centered design.  We will also discuss the application of these concepts in planned and existing legal technology projects.  The webinar will include actionable steps that legal aid  and other technologists and content developers can take to create more inclusive and effective tools and resources.
