Superstorm Sandy Recovery Claims, Actions, and Procedure

The New York State Bar Association is co-sponsoring a three-hour seminar and workshop on December 18 in Manhattan to address issues related to Superstorm Sandy.

The event will feature two New Orleans attorneys with professional experience assisting clients in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Gustav, as well as a New York attorney experienced in storms that have recently hit New York.

The program will be held from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, at the MetLife Building, 1095 Avenue of the Americas, 19th Floor, Manhattan. Topics are expected to include FEMA claims, flood and wind claims, and the National Flood Insurance Program.
