Volunteer Attorneys Needed!! Starting October 11th, the Westchester Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office (CLARO) Program will provide limited legal advice to low-income New Yorkers on consumer debt collection issues. The CLARO Programs operate under the auspices of the New York State Access to Justice Program and involve partnerships among bar associations, legal services offices, and academic institutions. CLARO Programs hold regular (usually weekly) court-based clinics at which volunteer attorneys provide limited legal advice to unrepresented litigants under the supervision of consumer law experts.

Program sessions will take place on Thursdays from 2pm to 4:30pm in Westchester County Supreme Court.
