This training will focus on legal issues that legal services foreclosure prevention attorneys may confront in representing clients facing foreclosure, both in mandatory settlement conferences and associated motion practice and defending foreclosure cases, through use of interactive discussion and hypotheticals. The training will also cover the governing New York Rules of Professional Conduct and other ethical considerations.
