On November 17, 2011, the Albany County Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York provide a free CLE training seminar in the area of landlord tenant law It will take place from 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the Albany County Judicial Center. The training will provide attorneys with the base knowledge needed to represent clients in "The Attorney For A Day Program", currently held in Albany City Court. The program is held on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month. For this program, attorneys provide advice to tenants regarding their first appearance in housing Court.
