 Non-citizens facing r
 emoval are in need of competent and knowledgeable 
 representation. Studies have shown that those with
 out legal representation face a significantly high
 er risk of removal, regardless of eligibility for 
 relief. Trained counsel and pro bono attorneys can
  help fill the need for representation. At this pr
 ogram, expert practitioners will provide a compreh
 ensive, nuts and bolts overview of the laws and po
 licies governing removal and potential avenues for
  relief and best practices.
