There are a number of food programs to help fight hunger. Come and learn about these programs, who qualifies, including whether individuals who are undocumented can apply, how to access these benefits, and how they coordinate with one another. Included benefits are SNAP, WIC, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, Congregate Meals, Meals on Wheels, Health Bucks, Emergency Food Programs, Fresh Farm Fresh Community Supported Agriculture program, and more.

Target Audience: Social service professionals working with low-income households in need of food assistance.
