HRA is creating a new rental assistance program called CITYFHEPS. The program will serve both families and individuals and will replace
LINC I, II, IV and V, SEPS and what remains of Linc III and CityFEPS. Additional vulnerable households will be eligible for the new program. This training will cover the new eligibility criteria for those eligible in the community and moving from the shelter and will also cover State FHEPS
eligibility for those in the community and moving from shelter.
