• The pros and cons of unbundled legal services and litigant self-help

• Avoiding pitfalls with social media and attorney conduct on-line (1 CLE ethics credit)

• In-depth training on service of process issues and traverse hearings

• Overview of estate administration process

• Using Chapter 13 Bankruptcy as a tool to combat foreclosure

Registration Information: Registration for the entire program is free! Dinner and a cash bar will be provided after Thursday’s forum. Breakfast will be provided before the training on Friday.

We have reserved a block of rooms for Thursday, July 20th at the Radisson Albany. The room rate is $99.00 Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-333-3333. When calling, remember to ask for the Empire Justice Center block of rooms so that you get the discount. Room reservations must be made no later than July 7, 2017.

When registering, you will need to indicate which break-out sessions you would like to attend on Day 2 of the training, as well as if you plan to attend the optional dinner on Thursday night.
