Developing skills and owning your career can often be difficult. Pro bono and volunteer work can provide a wonderful opportunity to not only help the community, but also help your own career. Assessing the areas where you need to develop additional skills and finding pro bono work to help develop those skills can push your career forward. This panel will provide you with an assessment and tools to determine areas of your career and skills that you would like to develop, and then share advice on how you can best use pro bono and volunteer work to move your career forward.
