CONTENT

This webinar provides a general overview of the Full Faith and Credit Provision of the Violence Against Women Act (18 U.S.C. 2265 et al), and also discusses how protection order enforcement affects specific disciplines. The webinar will allow participants to identify how protection order enforcement works, as well as providing information on specific types of protection orders and situations that require enforcement.
